Michael has experience as senior management and has a diverse background in consulting. Having worked with both private and public sector companies with over 12 years experience in the health care sector helping lead change, he knows the most effective way to lead change in any organization is to empower employees to be the change agents that will drive the organization forward into the future and into greater success.
Michael Bayer’s Background
Adding to his credibility is his educational background. In addition to his real-world experience, he attended the University of Winnipeg, where he earned two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Science and one in Business Administration. He received his MBA from California Coast University.
Michael’s goal is to provide the individuals and organizations with the tools they need to change their business and dictate the course of their futures. As a professional speaker and LEAN management consultant, he motivates his clients and their employees to bring about the revolutionary action that will allow their businesses to prosper and succeed in this new economy.
